CONTINUUM - RIC

Following the creation residency in Rajasthan, CONTINUUM — From One Generation to the Next reached a new milestone with the world premieres of two choreographic works at the Rajasthan International Center (RIC) in Jaipur, on January 7 and 8, 2026.

Audiences discovered Zeros & Ones, created by Roger Sinha, alongside Asthir, choreographed by Pritesh Mehta. Developed within the same project, the two works present distinct choreographic writings, emerging from parallel creation processes.

The performers on stage came from Canada and India, reflecting the collaborative work developed throughout the residency. The presence of Emmanuelle Martin, performer and artistic assistant on the project, played a structuring role in supporting the group and facilitating the circulation of choreographic language between the works.

Music played a central role in both creations: Asthir was developed with an original composition by Shubhank Chaube, while Zeros & Ones features an original musical creation by Ruby Singh and Nadia Chaney‘s text. These premieres in Jaipur carry the resonance of a process of particular significance for the company and mark the beginning of CONTINUUM’s dissemination trajectory, which will continue to unfold in other contexts and territories. Images from this stage will be shared soon.
